We’re still several months away from the debut of The CW's Legends of Tomorrow, but DC has put together some fresh intel from the cast and crew.
DC’s All Access turned its attention to the Arrow and Flash spinoff series, chatting with a bunch of the stars and creative talent. The feature includes interviews with executive producers Phil Klemmer and Marc Guggenheim, Ciara Renee (Hawkgirl), Wentworth Miller (Captain Cold), Dominic Purcell (Heatwave), Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer), Caity Lotz (Sara Lance) and Victor Garber (Dr. Martin Stein).
Considering how little we actually know about the event series, the interviews provide some interesting insights. First up, we’ll definitely be bouncing through the time stream, and it sounds like all the heroes and villains will be fighting over who is in charge of the group. Oh, and just because Vandal Savage is the Big Bad, Klemmer promised the cast will still spend a few of the early episodes just trying not to kill each other. So that should be fun. Renee also gets a chance to talk about her version of a younger, inexperienced Hawkgirl.
For Flash fans, Garber revealed we’ll finally get an update on Firestorm’s situation in the Season 2 premiere episode of The Flash. Garber is signed on for the spinoff, though the other half of Firestorm (Robbie Amell) has never been included in the cast list. That has led fans to assume another character could be taking up the other half of the matrix with Garber. Whatever is happening, it’ll apparently all be explained when The Flash returns.
