The final heroic charge of marketing material for James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is steadily marching across the globe and before the last launch trailer is set off, here's a fresh round of international character posters to start the week. These five one-sheets deliver a double dose of awesome by matching two crew members per portrait, with a Mantis-Drax, Rocket-Baby Groot, Yondu-Nebula, and Star-Lord-Gamora, setting the stage for the grand entrance of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy sequel on May 5.

Before you absorb the latest crop of posters in the gallery below, check out four behind-the-scenes countdown images from director James Gunn, with a cool birthday message to Michael Rooker, a pre-production costume test for Karen Gillan, actor Stephen Blackehart as an ugly alien called Brahl, and a screamingly cute Baby Groot.
