Sure, you've seen The Dark Knight a million times, but this classic SNES version makes it all seem new again.
Many bat signals ago, every Batman movie got a videogame counterpart. And unlike many other licensed games, the Batman ones actually had a shot at being good.
Those days are long gone, though, and, while the current Arkham series is solid, it's missing that classic, pixelated quality we loved from the old days. Which is why we were so excited to see that Cinefex took the time to remake The Dark Knight as a 16-bit movie.
Looks like they repurposed a lot of the sprites and backgrounds from one of the best SNES games of all time -- Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. If a full Dark Knight game could be even a fraction as good as that classic, we'd happily plunk down many rupees to play it.
