Artist Alex Ross has been busting out the big guns all year with some of the sweetest comic-book artwork of his storied 20-year career, and next month's Batman '66: The Lost Episode cover is no exception to the audacious outpouring of work.   Based on an unproduced treatment scripted for the 1966 Batman TV series by sci-fi legend Harlan Ellison, this mod comic adaptation centering around Two-Face is written by Watchmen editor Len Wein with art by Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez, Joe Prado and Alex Sinclair.  Flip a coin and take a look at Ross' psychotic, psychedelic Two-Face ...
