300 director Zack Snyder's Superman reboot, Man of Steel, isn't flying into theaters until next year (2013), but there's still no day like today to promote one of the most anticipated comic book adaptations coming our way! So Warner Bros. has decided to release the film's official logo, and we gotta say, it kinda oozes with pure awesomeness.
The new official Superman logo was just recently revealed on Zack Snyder's official Man of Steel Facebook page and here. It. Is. Click!
We don't know about you, but we kinda like the new logo and are a bit weirdly fascinated by it: While it still looks like the iconic Superman shield we all know and love, the updated logo makes it feel somehow more alien-ish ... and a bit snake-like at the same time.
The new colors of the house of Jor-El are also darker and grittier than their comic book counterparts (as well as those from previous films')—but it's little wonder, since Man of Steel's been written by David S. Goyer (who wrote all three of Christopher Nolan's Batman films).
So what do you guys think about Superman's new Man of Steel logo? Like it, or hate it?
