In this second exclusive video feature, we go behind the scenes of James Cameron's Avatar and the director explains to us why it took so long to bring his sci-fi vision to life, but why it will change how we see movies.

Though he conceived of the film in 1995, it wasn't until 10 years later that Cameron believed cinematic technology had evolved enough to make it possible to create the movie.

That's when he said, "Now I'm going to do this ridiculously difficult movie with all these CG characters, and now we're going to do it in 3-D. That ought to keep us busy for a while."

The cast, including Sigourney Weaver and Stephen Lang, take you behind the scenes of the epic sci-fi adventure, which is now in theaters.
