Jessica Chastain is currently in talks to star alongside Jake Gyllenhaal in The Division, Ubisoft Motion Pictures’ new adaptation of their hit video game Tom Clancy’s The Division, with Gyllenhaal set to produce the movie alongside Ubisoft’s Gerard Guillemot.

(Fun Fact: Gyllenhaal starred in Prince of Persia, which was also adapted from the Ubisoft hit video game series of the same name.)

The Division is a third-person shooter game taking place in a dystopian New York City following a modified strain of smallpox pandemic (called the "Green Poison"). The player is an agent of the Strategic Homeland Division, aka The Division, on a mission to find the origins of the outbreak released by bio-terrorists. There’s no word yet as to which role Chastain would play, so your guess is as good as mine. They’ll also be on the lookout for a director to helm the movie.

After waging war on various gaming consoles, Ubisoft is now taking the big screen by storm. Fox and Regency’s Assassin’s Creed, another video game movie adaptation starring Michael Fassbender in the dual roles of 15th-century Spanish assassin Aguilar and his modern-day descendant Callum Lynch, will open in theaters on Dec. 21. They also have Splinter Cell set up at Paramount with Tom Hardy starring.

Chastain is quite the busy actress. She’s got gun-rights drama Miss Sloane slated for a Dec. 9 release date and will star alongside Captain America: Civil War's Daniel Bruhl in the upcoming World War II drama The Zookeeper’s Wife. She will also play the lead in Aaron Sorkin’s Molly’s Game with Idris Elba. The actress recently starred in Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak (2015), Ridley Scott's The Martian (2016) and The Huntsman: Winter's War (2016).
