John Noble lends an air of authority, intelligence and quiet menace to any role he's involved with, from Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King to Fringe to CBS's Elementary. One of his most memorable acting turns has been Henry Parrish, the malevolent Horseman of War and son of Ichabod Crane, in the first two seasons of Fox's Sleepy Hollow, and now he's galloping back for the show's fourth season to wreak more havoc on the cursed town by the Hudson and all points beyond. The news was announced during the Sleepy Hollow panel and trailer debut at New York Comic Con on Sunday, with the next season set to appear sometime in 2017 after the controversy surrounding Abbie Mills' (Nicole Beharie) shocking death at the end of Season 3. The rebooted series, that was dangerously close to being canceled, picks up with Ichabod Crane moving into a haunted apartment in Washingdon D.C. and gets entangled with a secret occult group based in our nation’s capital.

No word on the exact plot mechanisms of how Henry Parrish will be reintroduced but we'll keep you posted! Are you still riding with Ichabod Crane and Sleepy Hollow, or has this paranormal pony had its run?
