What's the biggest delivery you've ever received from Amazon?
Whatever you might answer might be, it would never come close to the dino-sized unboxing of an Amazon Prime "package" done in Los Angeles by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. In a publicity stunt to promote the sequel, a massive delivery was driven to the popular entertainment/retail complex known as The Grove by a Jeep Wrangler, the very car model John Hammond used for his Jurassic Park tour in 1993.
The box was a blown-up version of a regular Amazon Prime delivery box and stamped with the Jurassic World logo as well as the hashtag #AmazonFindsAWay. When the two halves of the package were taken apart, a life-sized Tyrannosaurus rex statue was revealed to be inside. As a collaboration between Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, this was the biggest Amazon delivery in history.
Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom finds a way to theaters June 22. Pratt and Howard reprise their roles of Owen Grady and Claire Dearing, respectively, as they embark on a mission to rescue a bunch of dinosaurs from Isla Nublar, the site of the original park and subsequent Jurassic World, as a volcano threatens to erupt. Directed by J.A. Bayona (A Monster Calls), the film also stars Jeff Goldblum, Toby Jones, James Cromwell, Ted Levine, and B.D. Wong.
