Tomb Raider is coming back to the big screen, but the new version should bear little resemblance to Angelina Jolie’s cartoonish take on the famed treasure hunter.

With the gritty reboot of the long-running videogame franchise proving to be a critical darling this year, MGM has announced it will be teaming up with GK Films for a new big-screen version of Lara Croft.

The latest flick will mark the third Tomb Raider film, following Lara Croft: Tomb Raider and Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life in the early 2000s. Those two installments weren’t the greatest movies, but they combined to bring in a pretty solid $432 million worldwide box-office gross.

But considering that the new game is a grounded, realistic version of the increasingly crazy franchise, the film will also likely take a similar approach. Taking into account that the game is fantastic, a film version sounds like a pretty good idea.

The only question? Who should play the new version of Lara Croft, which is a lot more realistically proportional than the old videogame (and Jolie) version. So who’s your casting pick?
