While we're going to have to wait a while before Jurassic Park 4 finally hits theaters, a rumored plot for the movie has surfaced online. Possible spoilers ahead!

Joblo (via Collider) has gotten access to what it claims is a synopsis of the script for Jurassic Park 4 written by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver -- and the major new element of the story is that the amusement park that John Hammond always dreamed about is apparently up and running. Here's the very unofficial description of the storyline:

JURASSIC PARK 4, set in present day Isla Nublar, is now an actual theme park, as originally intended by John Hammond in the first film. It garners 10 million visitors per year and is completely safe -- until it’s not. The park itself is described as very Sea World-esque and includes an area called the Isla Nublar Lagoon. That means underwater dinos for the first time. No indication of what kind, but there’s concept art showing one of the aquatic dinos, as part of a show, jumping out of the lagoon and eating a strung up great white shark like it was a fish for a dolphin at sea world.

Part of a show? Yes, the film will apparently include "tamed" dinosaurs. Read on:

The usually menacing Velociraptors (which will finally be muzzled, along with the T-Rex -- until they're not) will actually be used to help fight the threat, which begins in the form of a new dinosaur, not seen in any of the previous films (and not disclosed to us) shows to be much smarter than originally thought and is the main cause of havoc breaking out at the park.

Poor grammar aside, does this ring true to you? As Collider points out, the story borrows to some degree from Jaws 3. But director Colin Trevorrow did promise a return to Isla Nublar, as well as a new and frightening dinosaur, so some elements of this may actually be part of what he and the screenwriters are cooking up.

We do like the idea of Jurassic Park finally becoming a reality; we're just having a hard time getting around the idea of trained dinosaurs going into battle alongside humans.

Whether this turns out to be the story or not, the filmmakers have plenty of time to work out all the kinks, since the film was recently pushed back to 2015.

Does this sound like a real plotline to you, and if so, will it be a Jurassic Park 4 that you want to see?
