The series may have wrapped two years ago, but there’s still a lot of story left to tell in the Legend of Korra.

The cult hit animated series ran from 2012-2014 on Nickelodeon, and shortly after it wrapped, Dark Horse Comics announced plans to continue the saga in print. Then … nothing. Now we finally have some fresh intel on what’s next for Korra and when fans will get to check it out.

Entertainment Weekly reports the story will move forward via a three-part graphic novel titled  Turf Wars, from series co-creator Michael DiMartino and artist Irene Koh. The series’ other co-creator, Bryan Konietzko, is also consulting on the story. The first volume of Turf Wars is scheduled to hit shelves in June 2017, and the story will pick up immediately after the series finale.

Here’s what DiMartino recently told Entertainment Weekly about the plot:

“Korra has to figure out how to find a new balance in the city with all this stuff that’s gone on. It’s gonna take place right after the finale, so it’s focusing on Korra and Asami’s relationship as a new threat emerges. It’s kind of like the aftermath dealing with the new portal in the city, and all the evacuees coming back to find their homes wiped out cause of the portal.”

It’s taken longer than fans would’ve probably liked, but it’s great to see this beloved franchise get a new lease on life. Do you plan on checking out Turf Wars?
