Paul Bettany, who plays a rebellious angel in the upcoming supernatural action horror movie Legion, is awfully blase about the apocalypse in these exclusive video interviews—and he also talks about his special sexual relationship with director Scott Stewart.

We think he's joking about that last bit, though it's really hard to tell. (Bettany is married to Jennifer Connelly, FWIW.)

In the movie, Bettany appears to the denizens of an isolated diner to protect a pregnant waitress from the apocalypse.

"Well, he's done that before. I mean, traditionally, it's something that God does, you know?" Bettany tells us with supreme sangfroid. "I mean, with the whole flood thing. So really it's about the second Armageddon, I suppose. You know?"

Adrianne Palicki also talks about her pregnant waitress as a rare kind of strong character, and Dennis Quaid says he likes playing a "big fat loser."

Legion opens Friday.
