Marvel is looking to give the younger Nick Fury his shot at a solo series, and now we have a first look  at the spy thriller.

Described as a “high-octane spy thriller,” the series is being written by Eisner Award winner James Robinson (Scarlet Witch, Cable), with art by ACO (Squadron Supreme). The series will feature different missions each issue, taking the younger Fury everywhere from the French Riviera to the underwater city of Atlantis and the surface of the moon. The art in the preview below is top-notch, with ACO bringing a pop-art vibe to Fury’s super-secret missions.

Much like the defunct Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. comic series from last year, it sounds like a swashbuckling adventure that should be easy to pick up and enjoy month to month. Plus, c’mon, the world needs more Nick Fury.

The first issue of Nick Fury hits shelves April 19.
