Marvel has unleashed a new deleted scene from Thor: The Dark World as part of its upcoming (and glorious) Marvel Cinematic Universe: Phase Two box set.
In the scene, Tom Hiddleston’s god of mischief, Loki, is seen to be worthy of possessing the Power of Thor, wielding Mjolnir like a boss as he's crowned King of Asgard -- to the wild cheers and adoration of the people.
If your Spidey senses are tingling like crazy and you’re sitting there thinking: “What the HECK?!!”, you're right, because the whole thing is all in Loki’s head! The scene is actually really fun, especially in light of knowing Hiddles auditioned for the role of Thor and wielded the hammer in his screen test.
