Rumor has it the DC Comics movie universe is about to get a bit bigger.

Hot on the heels of a report that Warner Bros. plans to drop a Superman/Batman team-up flick in 2015, The Hollywood Reporter now has sources claiming that Superman/Batman is just the beginning. According to THR's report, Warner Bros. is tentatively prepping not only Justice League movie for 2017, but a Flash movie for 2016.

No word yet on who might be making Flash or Justice League (though Man of Steel writer David Goyer did take a crack at a Flash script just a few years back), but if these reports are true (keeping in mind that, as of 12:15 p.m. Comic-Con time on Saturday, Warner Bros. has confirmed none of this), we'll get more Superman, a new incarnation of Batman, and our first peek at the Flash, all in the lead-up to DC Comics' first superteam movie.

Could this really be happening? Is Warner Bros. finally gearing up for its own Marvel Studios-style universe filled with superheroes? Warner Bros. is rolling out a lot of big movie stuff at Comic-Con today, so we could know for sure very soon.
