Benjamin Linus was one of the most enigmatic and creepiest characters on television when Michael Emerson brought him to life on Lost. The Emmy Award-winning actor will now join the cast of Arrow Season 6, The CW announced at San Diego Comic-Con.

While they wouldn't reveal just who Emerson is playing, he will be in a recurring role, and was announced under the casting umbrella of "new threats," so don't expect him to be holding hands and singing tra-la-la with Oliver Queen anytime this year.

The CW also announced that David Nyki, who plays Bratva's Anatoly Knyazev will return as a recurring guest star in Season 6. If you thought the Bratva story was over and Anatoly and Oliver were even, well, it sounds like you were sorely mistaken.

Arrow returns to The CW on Thursday October 12, 2017 at 9 p.m. ET. Click here to find out what hints the cast and crew were willing and able to drop during Saturday's press conference.
