ABC's Lost saw its ratings rebound with the airing of the Feb. 18 episode, "316," according to The Hollywood Reporter's Live Feed.

With 11.3 million viewers, Lost reversed its season-long ratings slide and shot up to surpass its January season premiere, setting a new high for the year, the site reported. The ratings were the best since last April.

Lost was the evening's highest-rated scripted series, with Fox's American Idol (24.4 million viewers) winning the night.
