If Luke Cage had his powers in middle school, he'd pass the Presidential Physical Fitness Test with flying colors and probably be honored by the president himself. In a new clip promoting the hero's second season, Power Man doesn't hold back, showing off his super strength and endurance at an athletic event.
He nails the long jump and throws a 400-pound tire as if it were a feather pillow, all while he's being goaded on by Jets head coach Todd Bowles. There's also commentary from real-life sports commentators Jemele Hill and Michael Smith, so the clip may not actually be seen in Season 2, but it's certainly meant to tie in with the NFL draft this evening. The official description from Netflix reads:
"Luke Cage shows off his superhero strength by competing in the physical and mental tests of the combine event, similar to the one that college football players have gone through on their way to the NFL Draft which begins today. In this clip, Luke takes on the combine to show his true power to the world and to himself."

Cathy (Fantastic Four) as Luke's father James Lucas.
