One of the biggest roles in Marvel's Inhumans series has been cast. Just don't expect him to have a whole lot of lines.

Marvel confirms Anson Mount (Hell on Wheels) will play the Inhuman king Black Bolt, leader of the Inhuman Royal Family. Along with Mount, Marvel also previously announced Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones) will play Black Bolt's brother Maximus, a clever Inhuman who also desires to rule Attilan.

The eight-episode series will debut on ABC around September 2017, following an exclusive theatrical run of the two-hour pilot in IMAX. .

"Anson loves the challenge of playing a character who will only communicate silently," Jeph Loeb, Head of Marvel Television and Executive Producer, said in a statement. "His enthusiasm mixed with his imposing almost regal persona made it easy to see why he is our Black Bolt."

Mount certainly seems to have the look down for Black Bolt, though it'll obviously be a challenging role, considering his Inhuman power is concussive blasts every time he opens his mouth (meaning, simply, he can't really speak). Marvel has been slow-rolling the Inhumans into the world of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. the past few seasons, though we've gotten no hints about the Royal Family up to this point. It'll be interesting to see if they lay some Easter eggs in there or just save it all for the miniseries.

What do you think of Anson Mount? Is he a good choice for the role?
