Rounding out Indiana Jones Week, let's get into some stuff about Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, which premiered on this day in 1989.

It's right up there with Raiders of the Lost Ark, quality-wise. If you're curious to read a story about how a LOT of movie scripts are written, may we refer you to the film's Wikipedia page?

Under "Development" is a list of potential plots for the third film. They are all doozies and include immortal peaches, haunted houses and Sean Connery going up a stairway to heaven.

Today is also the birthday of Gary Burghoff, who turns 74 today. You'll remember him as Radar O'Reilly on M*A*S*H*. Plucky, bespectacled, prude kinda, he kept the 4077th running. Happy birthday.

Tomorrow: All the things that premiered that weren't Star Wars.
