WikiLeaks has published all of the allegedly leaked (or rather, hacked) Sony emails, and a newly unearthed message features a rather revealing insight into Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige’s supposed notes to Sony on The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The notes come from an email purportedly sent to Amy Pascal that was dated Nov. 20, 2013. The email pointed to what was wrong with the superhero flick, in a bid to help make the best Spider-Man movie they could.
If its contents are to be believed, it appears Sony didn’t pay much attention to Kevin Feige’s recommendations, and since Marvel had no creative control over our friendly neighborhood Spider-Man at the time ... well, the movie turned out the way it did.
The full contents of the alleged email can be found on WikiLeaks.
