If you didn't already have enough reasons to climb aboard Scott Snyder's new All-Star Batman series, here are four more: the evocative art of Jock, who worked with Snyder on Wytches; the retina-pleasing colors of Matt Hollingsworth (Tokyo Ghost, Chrononauts, Seven To Eternity); the vivid variants of Francesco Francavilla; and the inclusion of the snow-crusted craziness of Mr. Freeze, one of my favorites in the Rogues Gallery of Bat villains.

This road-trip cavalcade of Dark Knight foes continues to steadily improve and now holds a coveted spot on my monthly pull shelf. Check out the sensational snowbound preview in the full gallery below, with stunning interior art and covers by Jock and variants by Francavilla, and tell us if this solid Rebirth book was one of 2016's best. DC's All-Star Batman #6 hits comic shops on Wednesday, Jan. 11.

Here's the official synopsis from DC:

"Cold to the Core!" Batman travels to Alaska to confront Mr. Freeze as he attempts to extract the world's oldest ice core and bring humanity to a new Ice Age! Powerhouse artist Jock joins Scott Snyder to bring you another of the Dark Knight's rogues like you've never seen him before.
