“It’s not like it was before. It’s grown.”

Nov. 6 is Stranger Things Day, according to Netflix. What does that mean? Well, Netflix reps aren't providing too many details, apart from the fact that Nov. 6, 1983 is the day Will Byers went missing and got trapped in the Upside Down. So, to honor this terrifying and upsetting event within the Stranger Things series, Netflix will be celebrating All Things Stranger with the show's fans, in part through the show’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.

And judging from a new video released by the streaming service — which includes clips of fans showing off their appreciation of the series via cosplay and fan art (check out the giant portrait of Millie Bobby Brown/Eleven made out of Rubik’s Cubes) interspersed with clips from the show — it appears to be a day to both celebrate the Duffer Brothers’ 1980s throwback sci-fi/thriller series and to promote the show’s upcoming third season.

Hey, perhaps we may get a teaser for the upcoming season on the day in question? More information about Season 3? Until Tuesday, we can only guess. See for yourself.

Actually, there is one tangible way fans can celebrate Stranger Things Day while the folks at Netflix remain mum. The Stranger Things haunted maze will return to Universal Studios Florida for one day on — you guessed it — Stranger Things Day. Per an announcement from the resort, The Stranger Things haunted house will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Access is included with admission to Universal Studios Florida or with an Annual or Seasonal Pass. So. There's that.

Beyond that, we guess we’ll just have to wait and see what else Netflix has in store for us nerds.
