Ahead of the alternate history series’ December premiere, a new sneak peek at the second season of The Man in the High Castle has been released.

Yahoo!TV has debuted a two-and-a-half-minute-long clip from Amazon’s Emmy-winning series based on sci-fi master Philip K. Dick’s novel. The clip sees Thomas Smith (Quinn Lord), son of Obergruppenführer John Smith (Rufus Sewell), do the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag Adolf Hitler. Which is wrong on so many levels, you guys. And disturbing. But what can you expect when you have an alt-history sci-fi series where Nazi Germany won the Second World War, and divvied up the U.S. with their Japanese allies? But I digress.

There’s a lot to look forward to for Season 2, including the long-anticipated reveal of the identity of the mysterious Man in the High Castle and the introduction of new cast members Bella Heathcote and Tate Donovan. We’ll also delve a bit more into parallel worlds, where we’ll get to see different versions of the characters played by Alexa Davalos, Luke Kleintank, Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Rupert Evans, DJ Qualls and Rufus Sewell.

The Man in the High Castle returns on Dec. 16 for a 10-episode second season only on Amazon.
