Still intrigued about Jenna-Louise Coleman’s mysterious Clara Oswin on Doctor Who? So are we, and the actress teased some very intriguing tidbits about her character’s relationship to the Doctor’s (Matt Smith) love of his life, the TARDIS.

The actress revealed how there was more than a simple coincidence that Victorian Clara’s birthdate happens the be the same date that Doctor Who premiered in 1963 -- Nov. 23 (hats off to Steven Moffat for his incredible sense of detail). You can see her birthday in this tombstone shot from the Xmas special episode “The Snowmen” below.

Speaking to TV Guide, Coleman said:

“In the Christmas episode, I didn’t know why that was the case. But again, we will find out by the end of this series. But it’s really exciting — [the season finale] is phenomenal. My spine was tingling when I read it. Again, I’m teasing you so badly here, but there’s the beginning opening sequence, which [is] kind of building up into the 50th. It’s just huge.”

Jenna also revealed that the reason the TARDIS wouldn’t let the Doctor's newest companion in in the last episode, “The Rings of Akhaten,” will be addressed:

“The TARDIS and Clara have a relationship. Actually I don’t think we’ve talked about this in interviews before. It’s something that’s running through the series.
“Instead of it being like, “Does so-and-so like Clara?” The TARDIS and Clara have a bit of a face-off. So, the Doctor is obviously bringing back somebody new. I think we’ve done a whole additional content scene of me talking to the TARDIS, and the TARDIS is making fun of Clara. They kind of have an argument. They’ve got a relationship individual to the Doctor where they have a dialogue.”

Wonder what “Sexy” has against our friend Clara? And how will the dialogue take place? Will Clara speak to blinking lights and swooshing sounds? What does the TARDIS have against "the impossible girl"? Is there something our Big Blue Police Box knows that we don't yet, or is it simple jealousy? What do you guys think?
