Another viral video—along the lines of the 1970 Dr. Manhattan anniversary newscast—has surfaced to promote Zack Snyder's upcoming Watchmen; the new video is in the form of a 1977 government educational film about the new Keene Act, which prohibits "costumed adventurers," or superheroes. You can watch it after the jump.

The video features clips of the superheroes from the past and present of the story, which takes place in an alternate-universe 1985 New York City in which caped superheroes actually exist. Watchmen opens March 6.
