The premiere of NBC's Merlin and the first night of ABC's sci-fi disaster movie Impact drew scrawny ratings over the weekend, Variety reported; Merlin averaged a 1.3 rating and 5.3 million viewers, while Impact averaged a 1.2 rating and 4.8 million viewers.

Marion Cotillard, who won an Oscar for La Vie En Rose, told reporters on Monday that she will be working on Christopher Nolan's sci-fi film Inception, playing the wife of Leonardo DiCaprio's character.

Adam Sandler, Cher, Jon Favreau, Sylvester Stallone and Judd Apatow will provide voices for the animals in MGM's live-action comedy The Zookeeper, starring Kevin James and Rosario Dawson, Variety reported.
