News briefs: Trek score snippets, Hell green-lighted

Clips from Michael Giacchino's score to J.J. Abrams' Star Trek are now online, including the end title incorporating Alexander Courage's original TV theme.

TBS has given a green light to the half-hour animated supernatural series Neighbors From Hell, ordering 10 episodes of the series about the Hellmans, an all-American suburban family that happens to hail from Hell, Variety reported.

Bloody Disgusting reports that director Declan O'Brien (Wrong Turn 3) has optioned the rights to Roger Corman's classic The Little Shop of Horrors for a remake movie.

Lauren Shuler Donner, who produced all three X-Men movies and the upcoming X-Men Origins: Wolverine, told Fox Movie Channel's Life After Film School that she hopes to make a film franchise out of X-Men: First Class, about the early days of the Xavier school, according to a report on Comics Continuum.
