November 25 in Sci-Fi History: Chris Claremont

It was on this day in 1950 that Chris Claremont was born. Known for redefining the X-Men, Claremont wrote for The Uncanny X-Men from 1975-1991.


He co-created a ton of your favorite X-Men and is credited with developing several female characters, including Mirage, Rogue, Jubilee, Phoenix, Lady Mastermind, Emma Frost, and … wow, just a ton more. We sat down with him a while back for a two-part interview.
