This morning at New York Comic Con, The Magicians creators and showrunners Sera Gamble and John McNamara, along with author Lev Grossman, hit the stage to reveal the premiere date of Season 4 — January 23 at 9 p.m. on SYFY.
They also presented an exclusive sneak-peek clip in which Margo — er, Janet -— has a meeting with Ember, who seems just as confused as Margo/Janet is.
After spending much of Season 3 without magic, our heroes finally return magic to the world, but Dean Fogg reroutes the flow of magic and gives the group (except Alice) new, magic-free identities, wiping away the memories of their magic life. An ancient, powerful, and unkillable Monster finds a host in Eliot. When Season 4 opens, the Monster is seeking out the rest of the Magicians... and something else....
The Magicians stars Jason Ralph, Summer Bishel, Stella Maeve, Olivia Taylor Dudley, Hale Appleman, Arjun Gupta, Rick Worthy, Jade Tailor, Brittany Curran, and Trevor Einhorn.
