Every now and then, a hero comes along who — okay, this guy isn't a hero. He definitely doesn't consider himself one, at least, and he doesn't get caught up in all his heroics willingly. But somehow he's a character you can't help but enjoy watching in spite of all his imperfections — or maybe, possibly, just because of them.
That's me with Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle on Netflix's The Punisher. Having just now finished the first season, I am thoroughly looking forward to the premiere of Season 2 next week, and this trailer is giving me a lot of unexpected emotions. Who knew I'd have feelings about Frank Castle as the grudgingly protective guardian to an unruly teenage girl? Not me, nope.
