It's frankly staggering that it's already been a year since the passing of Carrie Fisher. Whether she was your space princess, general, mentor, holder of valuable life advice, source of comfort, or much-needed role model - her legacy will never be forgotten. In the vein of one of my new favorite pins, I've decided to make 2018 about living how Carrie would want.
Today's links are about fearlessness and trendsetting, much like Carrie herself:
- Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s Rachel Bloom on being the most talented person in television right now. (Consequence of Sound)
- Diversity in The Good Place drives the story. (TV Guide)
- Rian Johnson’s thoughtful take on wish fulfillment vs. telling a great story. (The Daily Beast)
- Here are 46 books by women of color to read in 2018. (Electric Lit)
