Today feels incredibly quiet compared to yesterday, especially when yesterday consisted of not only a very big sports game but also ALL THE GENRE TRAILERS. Seriously, there were so many trailers we had to dedicate one post just to rounding them up. Out of SoloThe Cloverfield ParadoxMission Impossible: FalloutJurassic World, Infinity WarSkyscraper(?!): which one was your favorite?

- On Uma Thurman, and finding a different kind of love for Kill Bill. (DAME)
- There’s a growing fracture between the Fantastic Beasts crew and aspects of Harry Potter fandom. (The Daily Dot)
- With Fantastic Beasts, J.K. Rowling is pulling a prequel-era George Lucas. (Nerdist)
- On watching The Craft as an adult. (But Why Tho)

You can send us suggestions for stuff to include in future round-ups at any time, either in the comments below or via our Twitter feed at @Syfyfangrrls.
