Comic-Con may be in our rearview mirror, but the conbrain still remains. As a result, this writer humbly requests that you have patience as little things like spelling and grammar sometimes fall by the wayside when one is in recovery mode. But we're still planning on churning out a few pieces for you, even though our brains have to be reminded of exactly what day it is. (Yesterday, I thought it was Monday for about 5 hours.)
We're also rummaging up some links:

- Fan artists discuss why the wave of She-Ra fan art is subversive and uplifting. (The Verge)
- You should watch the Fake Geek Girl Fallacy panel from SDCC, and not just because my fellow FANGRRL Preeti is in it. (YouTube)
- The Female Gaze: Film Society of Lincoln Center retrospective spotlights women cinematographers across different genres and eras. (Film Journal)
