The official LEGO Movie blooper reel makes Batman even funnier

If you've already seen The LEGO Movie, but you still don't feel like you've laughed enough, we've got good news: There's a blooper reel.

As the film continues its box-office dominance into its second week (Will RoboCop dethrone it?), Warner Bros. Pictures continues to grace us with amusing web-only tidbits from the making of the film, and they only add to the joy of the LEGO Movie experience. Yesterday, we got a longer version of Will Arnett's Batman song about darkness and life as an orphan who's super-rich ("kind of makes it better"), and today we get more than two minutes of "bloopers" from the film, featuring flubbed lines, improvised tangents that didn't quite work, and a grappling hook gun that just won't stop malfunctioning.

It's hard to tell how much of this was engineered for the sake of creating a blooper reel and how much of it was simply fun from the sound booth that the filmmakers decided to animate, but either way it adds even more laughs to a film that was already hilarious. Check out the reel below to see Batman's alternate lines for flying into the sun, Uni-Kitty's use of the phrase "poo-poos," Emmet taking his screaming a little too far and, of course, a thorough discussion about leaning.
