Aside from that rollicking debut trailer and a smattering of official pics, we haven’t seen very much from Bryan Singer’s latest X-Men sequel, Apocalypse. Well, co-star Olivia Munn has helped pull back a bit of the curtain.

Geek favorite Munn (Attack of the Show!, The Newsroom), who plays new addition Psylocke, has posted a behind-the-scenes pic to her Instagram feed, showing off her character surrounded by a good bit of destruction. There are some overturned vehicles right behind her, plus some green screen behind that (certainly to add the really expensive, bad stuff). We also get a full-body shot of Munn rocking Psylocke’s trademark outfit. Which, yeah, she’s definitely rocking it.

As for how it’ll actually translate into looking cool and not silly on the big screen? The jury is still out on that one. Though we do love how Munn describes Psylocke as  “a telekinetic psychopath who chooses to kill with a sword because she wants to do it up close and intimate and killing from afar just seems too easy and no fun.” Heck yes.

X-Men: Apocalypse opens May 27.
