Mild spoiler alert pertaining to Episode 4 of Once Upon a Time Season 7 below.
There’s no shortage of drama when it comes to Once Upon a Time, and Season 7 has been steadily upping the ante ever since it came back to our screens earlier this month in a rebooted format.
Now Entertainment Weekly has revealed a little taste of what’s to come in a future episode revolving around Alice (played by Rose Reynolds) and her relationship with Hook (played by Colin O'Donoghue) and Mr. Gold (played by Robert Carlyle.)
Reynolds, who plays the alternate version of Alice, a character previously heavily featured in the spin-off Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, has teased that Episode 4 will be a big one for the character.
“Alice has close relationships with Gold and Hook,” she tells EW. “She’s being asked a lot of. Let’s just say she’s tested quite a lot in Episode 4 with friendships and good versus evil, which is that whole pendulum swing of it. ‘Is it bad to do this? You told me to do this,’ and all of that stuff.”
Reynolds adds: “There’s a lot of inner conflict for Alice in Episode 4. It’s an insane episode, and it’s one of the best-written things I’ve read in a long time, so I’m really excited for everybody to see it.”
Now, that sounds exciting. Considering the new Alice has been kept as a bit of a mystery thus far, it will be interesting to see more of the enigmatic character, and to see Reynolds sink her teeth into a juicy storyline.
