When we think superheroes, we don't usually think bling—but then, we're not French fashion designers.

Some of the fashion world's greats recently got together to tackle DC Comics' superheroes on the occasion of the company's 75th anniversary, and they came up with some quite quirky—and expensive—accoutrements.

Karl Lagerfeld added an emerald to the Green Lantern's gloves for the "super power of elegance and seduction"—and they can be yours for 413.88 euros.

Of the Batman T-shirt above, available for 125.42 euros, designer Alber Elbaz of Lanvin said, "The idea came spontaneously, a mix of Batman and dog, a kind of dog with great powers! A Great Power Dog!"

And as for the Catwoman boots below, priced at 1663.88 euros, Bruno Frisoni of Roger Vivier said that "Everybody remember Michelle Pfeiffer, an incredible Catwoman! As a gwendoline or dominatrix ... A cat on an ardent roof! Necessarily black!"

These are way out of our budgets, but with Comic-Con just around the corner, are you ready to add any of them to your wardrobe?

(And thanks to Bleeding Cool for the heads-up!)
