We're down to the last episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s first season, and the stakes are high.
Over the last few weeks, the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first TV series has undergone some major changes. The agents went from dealing with what seemed like a single, standalone adversary -- the Clairvoyant -- to dealing with the full-scale dismantling of S.H.I.E.L.D. thanks to a Hydra infiltration years in the making. Now one of their own is their enemy, the entire team is in mortal peril, and S.H.I.E.L.D. as we know it no longer exists.
Coulson (Clark Gregg) and his crew are primed for a showdown with Garrett (Bill Paxton), his protege Ward (Brett Dalton) and Deathlok (J. August Richards), and the storyline that began with a tie-in to Captain America: The Winter Soldier seems set for a big payoff. Plus, Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jackson, is back to guest-star as the show closes out its first year.

The finale episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season one airs Tuesday at 8/7C on ABC.
