Check out a fresh foursome of Star Trek: The Original Series episode prints by artist Juan Ortiz. We're more than a third of the way home with this epic endeavor to re-create artwork based on the entire Star Trek TV series of the '60s.

For March, Ortiz chose the classics For the World Is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky, Bread and Circuses, The Omega Glory and A Piece of the Action, with sparks of inspiration absorbed from the psychedelic '70s, Roman legions, tommy-gun gangsters and pity for long-suffering redshirts.

Here's last month's quartet of posters with links to our previous Ortiz posts traveling back to the first stellar set in August 2012.

Every four-print series of all 80 episodes is created on 100-pound, aqueous-coated, satin-finish paper.  Each poster measures 18x24 inches and goes for $34.95 at QMxonline.com.   For Ortiz' monthly comments on this latest addition to his growing portfolio of awesome, visit Star Trek.com.
