The approach to the finish line for Avengers 4, possibly the most-anticipated MCU film ever, has revealed all kinds of potential directions since filming on the movie wrapped earlier this month. And now a new report indicates Marvel has added another cast member — and, presumably, a previously-undisclosed character — to next year’s follow-up to Avengers: Infinity War.

The Wrap reports Australian actor Katherine Langford has joined the cast for Avengers 4, citing people close to the project. Unsurprisingly, considering all the secrecy surrounding the Russo Brothers’ finale, Langford’s role in the film hasn’t been officially revealed.

Langford, who earned a Golden Globe nomination for her role as Hannah Baker on Netflix’s 13 Reasons Why, already has shot all of her scenes for the new movie, according to the report. She also will play Nimue, the ascending Lady of the Lake, in Netflix’s upcoming King Arthur series Cursed.

The Russos revealed earlier this month, via a much-debated Instagram post, that shooting on Avengers 4 had finally finished. Since then, we’ve seen a steady drip feed of new info that highlights everything from a potential trip to Titan to rescue Tony Stark to the re-emergence of Frank Grillo as Crossbones — but this is the first mention we’ve heard of an all-new cast member since photography on the film concluded.

Set to land two months after Carol Danvers sets up what’s next for the MCU in Captain Marvel, the still-untitled Avengers 4 arrives in theaters to clean up Thanos’ epic mess on May 3 of next year.
