The latest season of Revolution opened on a strange note, but after all hell broke loose and the Patriots showed up, most of us forgot about it. Well, it’s about time to remember.

As you may (or may not) remember, a bloody Miles (Billy Burke) spent part of the season premiere burning … something he was trying to hide in a shed. We still don’t know what it is, and heck, most viewers have probably forgotten about it.

Well, co-showrunner Rockne S. O’Bannon says the writers “definitely” don't plan on leaving that thread hanging, and that mysterious scene will help drive the remainder of the current season as it barrels toward all out war with the Patriots.

Here’s how he explained it:

“The burning of the shed — and its contents — will become shockingly clear as we approach the climax of the season.”

So, what the heck was he hiding in the shed? Did he kill someone we’re not supposed to know about, discover some documents that needed to be secretly destroyed (along with a person, judging by the blood) or, heck — is Miles a super-secret undercover Patriot himself and trying to cover his tracks?

We have no clue, but now we really want to know what the heck was going on with that shed.

What do you think is going on?
