Who's the richest fictional character? Not Bruce Wayne, who's worth a mere $6.5 billion. Nor Watchmen's Adrian Veidt, who beats out Batman's alter ego with $7 billion. Nor even Tony Stark, with assets of $8.8 billion.

No— according to Forbes, which has been ranking the 15 richest fictional characters each year since 2006, the current character with the most money to burn is Twilight's Carlisle Cullen, with a fortune of $34.1 billion.

Here's Forbes' complete list for 2010:

1. Carlisle Cullen (Net Worth: $34.1 billion) 2. Scrooge McDuck (Net Worth: $33.5 billion) 3. Richie Rich (Net Worth: $11.5 billion) 4. Tony Stark (Net Worth: $8.8 billion) 5. Jed Clampett (Net Worth: $7.2 billion) 6. Adrian Veidt "Ozymandias" (Net Worth: $7 billion) 7. Bruce Wayne (Net Worth: $6.5 billion) 8. Tooth Fairy (Net Worth: $3.9 billion) 9. But tell us this, Forbes—whatever became of Jabba the Hutt, who ranked fifth on your 2008 list? And how about Ming the Merciless, who came in second in 2007? Were outer-space billionaires hurt more by the subprime mortgage crisis than the more Earth-bound characters? We need to know!
