Resident Evil: Retribution continues to play with our emotions. One minute they say Jill Valentine (Sienna Guillory) will return, the next she's being replaced by Ada Wong. And now we're hearing that she might be back again!

Both Milla Jovovich and Sienna Guillory use Twitter as their personal newswires, so don't be surprised that it's the root of this RE scoop.

Guillory recently tweeted:

"Big day tomorrow! Meeting Paul Anderson and Jeremy Bolt and Robert Kultzer to see what my future looks like..."

After initially reporting that Valentine was going to be M.I.A. from the next Resident Evil, fans were more than a little angry. The after-credits teaser for RE: Afterlife pretty much assured that she'd be back, making her absence a huge contradiction. We think the backlash may have reached the powers that be and now they're trying to correct their mistake.

If the meeting goes in Guillory's favor, that means we'll have three kickass chicks headlining the film—Alice, Jill and Ada. With a lineup like that, do they even need a male lead? These women can defend themselves!

Resident Evil: Retribution begins production next month.
