Get your running shoes back on because Marvel's Runaways are coming back for a second season on Hulu in December.

To prepare for the sophomore season, Marvel has released a teaser trailer for the upcoming batch of episodes. Last season, the children of the Pride discovered that their parents were a bunch of remorseless murdering criminals with superpowers.

Based on the Season 2 teaser, they're still grappling with the fact that they never truly knew their parents. Moreover, they will strive to be better people and undo the bad deeds of the people who spawned them.

Their only obstacle is the possible mole within their ranks.

Watch the teaser trailer (set to Run the Jewels' "Mean Demeanor") below:

Diligent readers of the original Runaways comic from in 2003 will recognize the group's Bronson Canyon hideout in Griffith Park. The mine shaft-looking cave (at least in the comics — issue #6, to be exact) is actually the man cave of Chase Stein, who deters possible intruders with a sign warning against lethal doses of radiation within. In reality, he just got it on eBay. Chase dubs this secret hiding spot as "The Hostel."

Another big moment in the trailer is the kiss between Nico Minoru (Lyrica Okano) and Karolina Dean (Virginia Gardner). In the original comic, Nico's got the hots for Alex Wilder, but the show deviates from the source material by pairing her up with Karolina in the last episode of Season 1. It'll be interesting to see how their relationship will blossom and be tested during their life on the lam in the new season.
