Mondo, Alamo Drafthouse's geektastic collectible art emporium and print gallery, has been cranking out amazing movie-centric pieces for years, and now artist Ken Taylor has saluted the Beetlejuice netherworld's least-liked beast. It depicts a coiled cartoon sandworm about to devour the Deetz home, and comes in a colorful 24" x 36" screenprint edition of 400, or a stark black-and-white Silver Variant edition of 205.
Both killer snake posters are available at the Mondo Gallery in Austin as part of the Ken Taylor/Tyler Stout show opening Friday or online in the near future. Whoa, grab hold of one before they slip silently back to Saturn's moon.
