After diving headfirst back into the space opera pool the past couple seasons, Syfy is now setting its gaze on the thriller genre — and the result is Incorporated.

The series is set in 2074 in a world where corporations have unlimited power, and the fresh footage here does a good job of building that world and showing the disparity between the haves and the have nots. The plot features on Ben Larson (Sean Teale), and we get to see more of his backstory here. Apparently Ben comes from the broken world outside the walls, and is undercover to infiltrate the corporations.

Ben becomes an up-and-coming executive who conceals his true identity, and seems to be doing a good job of keeping his history under wraps until something happens that puts him in the company’s crosshairs. Teale will be joined by Golden Globe nominee Dennis Haysbert (24), Emmy Award winner Julia Ormond (Mad Men), Allison Miller (Terra Nova) and Eddie Ramos (Teen Wolf). The show is being produced by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.

Incorporated premieres November 20 on Syfy.
