Looks like you can put those Abrams-less Trek fears to bed.
J.J. Abrams is taking on both Star Trek and Star Wars. Or is he? That's one of the bigger question that started floating around when Abrams took the reins from George Lucas.
Can he continue directing both? Well according to a clearly frustrated Simon Pegg, yes, he can. After talking about why he doesn't like spoilers, Pegg states his opinion very clearly.
"He will do Star Trek 3." That's the big quote here, and, coming from Simon Pegg, it does carry some weight. The cast and crew of Star Trek do hang out outside of the film, so it's believable that Pegg and Abrams have already had this talk. Still, another Trek movie is years away, so anything could happen.
Do you believe Pegg? And do you want Abrams to stick around?
