Attention Sleepyheads! If you weren't able to attend this year's New York Comic Con, we've got you covered. Sunday afternoon, part of Sleepy Hollow's cast and crew participated in a Q&A promoting the third season. The lineup included writer/producer Raven Metzner, alongside actors Lyndie Greenwood (Jenny), Nikki Reed (Betsy Ross) and Zach Appelman (Joe Corbin). Unfortunately, Tom Mison (Ichabod Crane) and Nicole Beharie (Abbie Mills) weren't in attendance. There was a conflict with Mison's shooting schedule.

Before the panel began, they screened an episode of the show titled "Whispers in the Dark." Don't worry, most of you have already seen it. The episode aired last Thursday (Oct. 8) and was written by Metzner. Now on to the good stuff!

The biggest question of the panel came from a fan inquiring about the upcoming crossover between Sleepy Hollow and Bones. Metzner was asked about how much creative input they're getting with the other show. He stressed that the project is a true collaboration. The Bones writers have been really generous, and the Sleepy Hollow writers have visited their set. There won't be any drastic changes. "Our characters are very well protected," Metzner declared. "I think it's going to be a lot of fun."

The concern comes from the fact that Sleepy Hollow and Bones are polar opposites. One is deeply rooted in fantasy, the other in science. Therefore, a fan brought up a more logical crossover option: The X-Files. Metzner revealed that he was lucky enough to attend the premiere screening of the new series. He absolutely loved it. He said an X-Files/Sleepy Hollow crossover "would be awesome!" Fingers crossed, everybody.

Nikki Reed has joined the cast this season as Betsy Ross. She's another historical figure who was haboring a huge secret. In her case, she was a seamstress by day and a spy by night. Metzner explained that they "love flipping characters on their ear." Reed said she's honored to play Betsy because she was such an amazing woman during her time. Plus, she really enjoys the dynamic between her and Ichabod. "Nothing makes [Betsy] more excited than making Ichabod uncomfortable."

As for the Mills sisters, their relationship continues to grow. According to Greenwood, there are "some really nice moments coming up between Abbie and Jenny." The duo will also have to deal with Joe, the late Sheriff Corbin's (Clancy Brown) son. Appelman says Joe desperately wants to join Jenny, Abbie and Ichabod in their supernatural adventures. He thinks it will allow him to get a better understanding of his father. He's really alone at this point. "These girls [Abbie and Jenny] are the only family he has left," Appelman explained.

For the most part, everyone was vague about the future. But Metzner did tease three upcoming events. He said, "Crane will face a nemesis of his that he really can't stand." Also, Abbie's cushy new job will come under fire. But the biggest reveal was that a member of the Sleepy Hollow team will switch sides. Who's it going to be? You'll have to wait and see.

Sleepy Hollow airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on Fox.
